Capitol Gin

J.J. Pfister Capitol Gin is an ode to our hometown of Sacramento. Hand-crafted and artfully infused, Capitol Gin is made from locally sourced Sacramento Valley grains and 9 organic botanicals. Our Concours d’Spirits Gold award winner leverages an organic rye base to form the foundation of a premium, smooth spirit with excellent balance. After resting for at least 4 weeks, our London Dry style gin really shines as it tips off with juniper-forward note and resolves with a subtle hint of spice.

Vodka

Made from locally sourced Sacramento Valley organic rye, our premium vodka is true to the style of this foundational spirit. In our tasting sessions, our distilling team realized that the base spirit for gin was simply too good to not be its own vodka. Introduced in 2020, our Rye Vodka optimizes smoothness and can be enjoyed neat or in your favorite cocktail.

Bourbon

Our distillers hand picked only the highest quality barrels to craft J.J. Pfister Bourbon. A superb blend of 4 and 5 year aged barrels with no less than 3 char, this special bourbon has a balanced mouth feel with notes of butterscotch, leather, creme brulee. Our hand-crafted Bourbon is bottled at 100 proof and best served neat or on the rocks.

Rye Whiskey

After choosing distilled spirits from Indiana, our distillers used their  impeccably trained palates to artfully blend a superb Rye Whiskey. The result is a rye whiskey with a balanced mouth feel and notes of rich holiday spices, cherry, banana bread. While we prefer to drink it neat or on the rocks, we must admit to having enjoyed it in some amazing cocktails. J.J. Pfister Rye Whiskey is bottled at the preferred 100 proof.
