    • Participation is free with bi-annual purchase.
    • Based on federal law, we are only able to ship spirits to CA and AZ.
    • By joining Fashion Society, you agree to receiving emails regarding Society correspondence.
    • Program releases must be picked up at the distillery. A proxy may pick up bottles on participants behalf with prior email notification to J.J. Pfister Distilling Co. Must be 21 or over and present valid ID at time of pick up.
    • Bi-annual selection of spirits is at the sole discretion of J.J. Pfister Distilling Co.
    • Fashion Fans who join between January and June will have access to pick up the most current release immediately.
    • Fashion Fans who join between July and December will have access to pick up the most current release immediately.
    • Substitutions may be made by J.J. Pfister Distilling Co to accommodate product availability.
    • Due to ABC regulations, first and second releases cannot be purchased and picked up on the same day.
    • Ability to purchase additional bottles on pick up day may vary due to ABC regulations.
    • Program level discount valid through June 30th after the first release, and December 31st after the second release of each applicable year.
