Our distillers hand-picked the highest quality barrels to blend a Straight Bourbon Whiskey guaranteed to warm the heart and soothe the soul.
Our blended Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a powerful nose of allspice, dark caramel, black pepper, and saddle leather – juxtaposed with fragrant floral notes of dark violet. The palate is a favorable balance of sweet and savory with a touch of spice – with notes of dark butter scotch, cocoa, cherry, and chocolate. The spice of Bourbon will follow through the long, warm finish with welcomed additions of honeyed oak, vanilla, black pepper, and turned earth.
At 100 proof, J.J. Pfister Bourbon is a superb blend of 4 and 5 year aged barrels, with no less than 3 char. Each bottle is 750 mL.
Boulevardier
Ingredients
- 1 oz J.J. Pfister Bourbon
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- Orange slice
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and pour over a big cube
- Add touch of orange expression
J.J.'s Gold Rush
Ingredients
- 2 oz J.J. Pfister Bourbon
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz 1:1 Honey Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Add ingredients to shaker with ice
- Shake and double strain into rocks glass
- Garnish with lemon peel expression
Manhattan
Ingredients
- 2 oz J.J. Pfister Bourbon
- .75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Brandied Cherries
Instructions
- Mix bourbon and sweet vermouth
- Add bitters
- Stir gently and serve in a coupe glass with brandied cherries
Mint Julep
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Muddle ice and mint leaves in a shaker
- Stir in bourbon and simple syrup
- Dirty dump into a rocks glass or tin cup
- Garnish with a mint sprig
Paper Plane
Ingredients
- .75 oz J.J. Pfister Bourbon
- .75 oz Aperol
- .75 oz Averna
- .75 oz Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel expression
Smoked Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
- 2 oz J.J. Pfister Bourbon
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Orange Angostura Bitters
- 1 Orange Slice
Instructions:
- Mix bourbon and simple in glass
- Add dashes of bitters
- Garnish with orange slice
