Handcrafted from pure rye mash, our aged Rye Whiskey is finished in used Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks resulting in a flavor profile that’s both complex and sophisticated. Our Rye Whiskey is renowned for its smoothness, savored neat by the most discerning palates.
Master Distiller Notes: After carefully distilling the pure rye mash, we age the whiskey for more than four years and finish it in Cabernet Sauvignon casks. The wine casks infuse the whiskey with dark fruit notes of blackberries, cherries, and blackcurrants, while the velvety Cabernet tannins lend a luxurious mouthfeel.
We meticulously handcraft our Rye Whiskey and transfer it to New American Oak barrels, charred to perfection at level #4. This spirit is then aged for a minimum of four years, ensuring that the delicate flavors of the rye grains harmonize perfectly with the optimal wood and char characteristics. After finishing in carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon casks, we bottle a smooth and sippable Rye Whiskey with notes of dark fruit and sweet spice.
