The Specifics
We begin with a corn and high rye mash bill, followed by careful small-batch distillation. This meticulous process guarantees the cleanest cuts for purity, allowing the distinct notes of our grains to shine through. After aging a minimum of four years, our whiskey is finished in used red wine casks, resulting in a complex flavor profile perfect for the sophisticated palate.
Master Distiller Notes: Our high-rye mash undergoes a meticulous distillation process and matures for a minimum of four years in New American Oak barrels before receiving a final finish in Cabernet Sauvignon casks. The wine casks infuse delicate notes of vibrant red fruits such as strawberry, plum, and raspberry.
We meticulously handcraft our bourbon, aging it for at least four years in New American Oak barrels charred to perfection at levels #3 and #4.
Following this, we impart a distinctive finish by resting our bourbon in carefully selected used Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks.
The result is the fusion of sweetness and vibrant red fruit flavors, elevating the bourbon to new heights of sipping indulgence.
