The Specifics

Using organic, naturally gluten free potatoes sourced from the beautiful Klamath Basin, our vodka is made in house.

Extremely smooth, sippable. Delicious on its own or as a mixing component for premium cocktails.

Our estate grown potato vodka is made from USDA certified organic russet potatoes from the Klamath Basin. Potatoes are more difficult to distill but the mouth feel and finish are worth it. The cuts are made with precision to get the best of the batch. We proof to 80 to optimize its flavor in cocktails and smoothness when enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Moscow Mule

1.5 oz JJ Pfister Potato Vodka

.5 oz Fresh Lime Syrup

.25 oz Simple Syrup

1 dash Angostura bitters

2 oz River City Ginger Beer

 

Combine vodka, lime, simple syrup, and bitters in a shaker and add ice

Shake and strain over ice in a tall glass

Top with ginger beer

Garnish with thinly sliced lime wheel

.25 oz Cassis

.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

2 oz Sparkling Wine

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice

Ro Sham Bo Ginger Syrup Recipe

To make ginger syrup

2 cups peeled and chopped ginger

375 grams evaporated cane sugar

375 grams water

 

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil

Let simmer for 1 hour

Pass through a fine strainer to remove ginger

Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks

1 oz JJ Pfister Potato Vodka

.75 oz Cocchi Rosa Apertif

.5 oz Dry Vermouth

.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

 

Combine all ingredients in shaker and add ice

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a grapefruit peel

Vesper

1 oz JJ Pfister Potato Vodka

1.5 oz  JJ Pfister Capitol Gin

.5 oz Lillet Blanc

 

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Garnish with a lemon peel

Classic Martini

2.25 oz  JJ Pfister Potato Vodka

.75 oz Dry Vermouth

Garnish with olive or lemon peel

Easy Peasy

1.5 oz  JJ Pfister Vodka ice cold

1 stuffed olive, brine drained from jar and replaced with Vermouth

Pour vodka into cocktail glass and add olive

 

 

 

 

J.J.'s Shrub

In a Collins 12 oz glass, add:

  • 1 oz Blackberry Shrub Mix
  • 1 oz J.J. Pfister Organic Potato Vodka
  • A dash bitters

Fill glass with ice, float club soda, stir, lime slice, and enjoy through a paper straw.

J.J.'s Sriracha Bloody Mary

  • 2 ounces (60ml) J.J. Pfister Organic Potato Vodka.
  • 4 ounces (120ml) tomato juice
  • 1/2 ounce (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
  • 2 pinches celery salt
  • 4 dashes Sriracha shili
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 celery sprig
  • 1 thin wedge lime
  • 2 Pimento-stuffed green olives

J.J.'s Vodka Tonic

In a Collins glass combine:

  • 1/2 oz Jack Ruby tonic syrup
  • 1 oz J.J. Pfister Organic Potato Vodka
  • dash bitters

Fill wtih ice, float club soda, stir, add lime slice, and enjoy with a paper straw!

J.J.’s Minty Mayhem

  • 3 Parts J.J. Pfister Organic Potato Vodka
  • 2 Parts mint simple syrup
  • 1 Part tonic syrup
