Ingredients

• 2 oz Eau De Vie (Pear Brandy)
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Simple
• .5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• Pear slice

Instructions

• Mix all ingredients in shaker with ice
• Shake well and strain into coupe glass
• Garnish with pear slice
