Ro Sham Bo Ginger Syrup Recipe

To make ginger syrup

2 cups peeled and chopped ginger

375 grams evaporated cane sugar

375 grams water

 

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil

Let simmer for 1 hour

Pass through a fine strainer to remove ginger

Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks
